Dell Latitude XPI CD question about gps?

This computer doesn’t have a USB port but I heard that there are GPS locators that you can connect to the computer not using the USB. If there is a GPS locator like that, will it for example work with Microsoft Streets?

You can probably find an older GPS that connects with a serial cable, but I would get a USB pcmcia card for your laptop. The advantages of this are to numerous. The higher download speeds and being able to connect a newer generation GPS unit are the best reasons. You will also be able to connect a lot of different devices that you haven’t been able to connect to it. The cards are reasonably priced, a quick search on E-bay and I found one for $18 including shipping. I hope this helps
