VR3 VRVD640G Car Stereo GPS NO SIGNAL!!!?

I can’t get a signal on the GPS. It worked the first time I turned it on and now it never gets a signal. Bad antenna? It’s definitely plugged in. Thanx in advance for any help.

have it professionally installed. i had a similar problem. professional installation is worth the money to not have frustration and wasted time.
